You might have noticed that in our new home, Capitol Federal Hall, there isn’t a computer lab with access to printers. That’s because we’ve moved printers out into the public spaces.

Currently, there are two ways for students to print in Capitol Federal Hall.

The first option is to print from one of two printers designated for student use, and those are located in 1057 (The Hive/Incubator) and 2046 (next to the TA help area). Students will print to those devices using KU’s Print from Anywhere service. Note: There won’t be a charge for business students to print in Cap Fed Hall. Below are the instructions:

1. Go to https://myprint.ku.edu.

2. Sign in with your KU ID and password.

3. Select “Web Print.”

4. Go to “Submit a Job.

5. Select the “pcutgoldprd01\BUSN-CAPFED” printer option and click on “2. Print Options and Account Selection.”

6.Enter the number of copes and click “3. Upload Documents.”

7. Click “Choose Files” and find the documents you wish to print.

8. Select “Upload & Complete.”

Once you’ve sent your print jobs, you’ll need to sign into the printer using your KU online ID and password. Next, simply choose the Release button, select the document name and press “Start.”

The other option is printing from the McCarthy APM Finance Lab (room 2035). Simply click Print, and select the printer named “BUSN-CAPFED.”
